Bev and her husband Reed moved to Hammond in 1993 from Mandeville. They have also lived in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Bev and Reed very much enjoy the year round warmer weather, the many cultural and entertainment amenities Louisiana offers including the ability to have year round green grass, trees, flowers and garden fresh vegetables. They don't miss the cold, freezing rain or snow of the northeast.
Bev and Reed have three children. Their son David and wife Nicole; daughter Debra and husband Sean; daughter Kelley and husband Mark.
Bev attended Greenfield Community College majoring in Civil Engineering Technology and Rhode Island College, studying managment.
Bev and Reed have been involved in real estate over the years either by purchasing and reselling land, or, (with a portent for older homes), purchased, remodeled and re-sold a number of older homes and rental small properties. Bev obtained her Louisiana license in 1996 first working as a Realtor with Century 21 then transferring to RE/MAX.
Bev and Reed reside in a near 100-year home, in the historic district near Southeastern Louisiana University and enjoy, as time allows, the slow process of remodeling.
During those rare times when Bev is not busy marketing her listings or finding homes for her Buyers, Bev enjoys working in her flower gardens, amateur photography, bike riding or taking a relaxing drive and exploring the many different cultural and entertainment amenities Louisiana offers.
